COOL TOOL # 10 is called Quickrubric.
QuickRubric
Quick rubric is exactly what it says,it`s a fast and easy way to make thorough and in depth rubrics. The user interface is very simple to navigate and the website is very intuitive. Here is a screen shot of the first screen that comes up when you go to create a rubric.

As you can see these are fully customizable and can be saved for future use. They also have a section called Tips for writing a strong rubric. I found this section very helpful and it helped me understand how to write/create a better rubric.
Here`s a link to that page:

The section on this page that I found interesting was the section on Analytical or Holistic rubrics. I was unaware that there where different rubrics so I learned something new. I never knew that I was using a Analytic rubric in my Art Classes.
I usually divide each column in to two sections labeled,   student,  teacher so the students can grade themselves and then I can grade as well. This works well in the Art room because self evaluation is a key component to becoming a better artist.
